what are you having for dinner?

We're having homemade lasagne. Im adding some lentils and frozen mixed veg to the lasagne to bulk it out. Im also going to use a bit of the mince and make a shepherds pie out of it... theres dinner for the next couple of nights..yummo!

    Last night was baked chicken breasts, Rice-A-Roni and steamed broccoli. I am vising my older daughters and am not sure about tonight....Hope to visit Trader Joe's today (closest to home is 4 hours away) and find something yummy.

    I LOVE lentils!!! I make lentil burritos, and my teen loves them- well, he is 21 now, as is his wonderful fiance that lives with us.
